2. The free audit
The audit is provided free of charge as a marketing service. It is a human-led review of how AI assistants reference your brand at a point in time. Availability is limited and we may decline or delay a request.
3. No guarantees
AI answer engines change constantly. The audit is opinion and guidance only — we make no guarantee of rankings, citations, traffic, leads or revenue, and we are not liable for decisions you take based on it.
4. Your information
You confirm the details you submit are accurate and that you are authorised to request an audit for the website you provide. We use your details to prepare and deliver the audit and to follow up about it.
5. Intellectual property
The audit and any materials we send remain our intellectual property. You may use them internally within your business.
